HR Business Partner
SIA Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our charismatic team in Jacksonville, NC!
Responsibilities of an HR Business Partner:
Support Vice President of Human Resources with a variety of internal HR functions.
Lead agency full-cycle recruiting process with minimal oversight.
Conduct recruitment marketing efforts including social media, job board management, and collaboration with Marketing Department as needed for recruitment projects.
Assist with Employee Benefits Administration.
Support Vice President of Human Resources and Management team with employee relations and terminations.
Administers employee wellness program.
Assists with related HR Generalist functions and strategic HR initiatives as needed.

1-3 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
College degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Exceptional knowledge of business acumen.
Superior interpersonal communication skills.
Possess an extraordinary customer focus.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, trust, and connect with others.
Cold calling, lead development, and recruitment closing skills.
High level of integrity, ability to multi-task, and effective time management skills.
Experience working within the insurance industry.
1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including pipeline management and candidate sourcing.
Experience recruiting for sales agent positions.
