HR Business Partner


SIA Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our charismatic team in Jacksonville, NC!

Responsibilities of an HR Business Partner:

  • Support Vice President of Human Resources with a variety of internal HR functions.

  • Lead agency full-cycle recruiting process with minimal oversight.

  • Conduct recruitment marketing efforts including social media, job board management, and collaboration with Marketing Department as needed for recruitment projects.

  • Assist with Employee Benefits Administration.

  • Support Vice President of Human Resources and Management team with employee relations and terminations.

  • Administers employee wellness program.

  • Assists with related HR Generalist functions and strategic HR initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.

  • College degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

  • Exceptional knowledge of business acumen.

  • Superior interpersonal communication skills.

  • Possess an extraordinary customer focus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, trust, and connect with others.

  • Cold calling, lead development, and recruitment closing skills.

  • High level of integrity, ability to multi-task, and effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the insurance industry.

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including pipeline management and candidate sourcing.

  • Experience recruiting for sales agent positions.
