We are seeking Client Growth Professionals/Sales Agents to join our growing team throughout North Carolina. We are a full service, independent insurance agency with offices located throughout North Carolina. Our sales professionals sell insurance products for personal and commercial lines, group health benefits, consulting services, and more within their book of business. A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent: In the morning, have coffee with a potential client, meeting with current clients’ to conduct check-in on insurance services they are receiving. Then, in the afternoon, you may do an executive briefing for a new client and networking to generate leads. If needed, catch your child’s afternoon school event and network with potential clients’ in the evening or attend an after ours meeting. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Canvass for new insurance business/clients via assorted communication channels, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Contact businesses and private individuals through various means of communication to promote products, services, and/or referral programs.
  • Collaborate with businesses and private individuals to conduct risk review, analysis, and sell insurance products and/or consulting services.
  • Grow sales revenue through a variety networking and marketing.
  • Achieve sales quota goals per niche market.
  • Cultivate relationships and maintain rapport with both prospective and current clientele.
  • Provide stellar customer service to clientele.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales achievements and results.
  • Self-motivated and innovative.
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, cold call, develop leads, and close sales.
  • Willingness to learn, be coachable, intuitive, and resourceful.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • North Carolina Property and Casualty License.
  • Knowledge of Insurance.
  • Prior Insurance Sales Agent/Producer experience.
  • College degree in risk management, business administration, or related field.
